That has not been my experience with Accurate Pools. There was a delay in beginning work on my pool due to supply line shortages for parts and they were backed up. They have responded to my questions and they have done their best to fix things that were not necessarily their problem. They are not perfect, but they seem to be ready, willing and able to deliver the best customer service possible. Roxy in the office has been a fantastic resource for the company.
