Is this a smoking facility? Could they bring a carton of cigarettes in with them? Also in order to keep contact, with would I send a money order so they could buy paper, envelopes and pens? Or?

We do allow smoking at the facility in designated smoking areas, and at specific times for smoke breaks.

Cigarettes are allowed. Envelopes have to be prestamped.. my understanding
