Never, ever, and I mean never! Order anything from the Zaxby's app for this location! It is never ready when it's supposed to be and they always seem to be out of something I order from the app. I have had to get three refunds from the app orders I've made in the past two months alone. And the service is so bad here, there is always a long wait whether you are in the Drive-Thru or inside. Maybe the staff, including the store manager, needs to be replaced with competent workers. It is really disappointing to know that the Zaxby's chain is not being represented to what the public expects at this location.
Never will eat here again. Customer service is horrible! I live 30 minutes away from this location & I was handed the wrong order called the manager he said he was the owners grand son and to bring the food back so they can count it as waste and was RUDE!
Must be a bad day. We eat here regularly and have never had a problem.
Slow people, drive through gets first priority.
