yes you can . just remember they send your ID to the police to run your name. the WiFi is good but not all rooms are nice . some the pillows are flat but the beds are comfortable . the bar ripped my daughter off for $9 dollars.
Yes you probably could rent for a month I've only rented personally for me a week at a time after my last stay I chose not to ever go back there again and mind you I used to go three or four times a year for over 15 years
