My favorite for steak, but last time sirloin was so tough, I could not cut it! Ordered med. Rare, got med.well. bloody Mary was good though.

Yes the ribeye or tbone.... im a meat cutter sirloin is only tasty rare. Thru tend to cook them on the rarer side too.
