I've sat on the computer for the last 2 days for 8 hours, also verified with the web Camille! I've gotten no where, and the website runs you in circle like the phone numbers do. I'm going to be contacting a lawyer.

The is an amazing free service that EDD offers to help get people back to work. They will help you with all of your job search needs. NOT an UNemployment office, only an EMPLOYMENT office.

So funny that people think this is an unemployment office. Those don't exist anymore. Everyone has the same 1-800 #, sorry. As a Workforce Services Branch, they are great at helping people get jobs and off unemployment! They help with resumes, mock interviews, and references to job trainings. Just another America's Job Center of California!

I've been on unemployment once in my life and I hope I never have to do it again "working with" these computer systems since you cant ever get anyone on the phone is a nightmare
