@night wave They picked mine, but was even worse! I called about 3weeks ago to ask if they had an item in stock because i was there the previous day and it was unavailable. But the app told me they had it in stock the next day. I called, they picked but i was tossed around up to 6times by 6 different associates. They tell me to hold after asking for what i need and then transfer me to someone else and they ask the same question again and hold me and the same thing happened over and over again. Funny part is i was on the phone with them for 13mins before i figured its not worth it because The drive to the store itself is 11mins, so i hung up! Horrible Horrible Customer Service!!!
