I would go in. I signed up for the training class. It was not helpful. I think doing your research on excersises that will help you target certain areas is great. Then when you go in you can have them show you how to use those machines for those areas.
I think so. They walk you around and you get a better feel for the gym to make sure you want to join. You dont want to sign online then find out you don't like it. Unless you've been there before
