Tried takin different things at different times an always get told same things. Faded, discolored, not in style but looked around seen some similar items what they said wouldnt take. Yall probably didnt even actually look. Even to girl after me had 2 totes and she walked back out with them. I'm not waste my time no more.

I will just keep this simple. IF YOU ARE NOT A MODERN WHITE WOMAN, they will pick & choose what to accept from you. They will look at one spot on your clothes & say “there’s a tiny, almost unnoticeable spot here. We can’t accept it.” Or “I can tell you wore this once, because it looks worn.”

They sell cute stuff. Went to try and sell there though and they couldn’t be bothered to send the text or update the system saying my things were ready because they were gossiping about people in the store.

I'm giving them 1 star because I took 2 big bags of clothes and 70% of the clothes had tags on them the girl said she didn't want them she didn't look at them at all very rude and nasty she don't know how to talk to people and the clothes that she had on wasn't cute all the store is VERY NASTY AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. Please save your gas and time.
