Our trash is missed every Tuesday. Many excuses like a new driver. And when I ask to speak to a manager I’m told they have 48 hours to respond. When I ask for truck to pick up trash I’m told within 48 hours. I pay for trash to b picked twice a week spread out not Thursday and Friday. What’s the point in that? I am planning on taking the dumpster to the office full of trash, wheeling it into the lobby and cancelling service. Worse service ever.
We have had difficulty getting our trash picked up as well. Last week my husband watched the truck drive right past our home and NOT pick up the trash. We called the company and were fully assured that someone would come and pick up the trash. That was 4 days ago and no one has come by. We will see what happens today when we called and were assured that someone will be by today!!! How does this company stay in business???
Apparently too much to ask of them bc I've been wondering why I'm paying for service I'm not receiving either!
Just find you a new waste disposal company
Well, it does seem to be complicated. Two weeks now and no pickup. Some dim wit from the company promised me that it would be picked up today. Well, surprise! The can is still full. Sadly, out in McDuffie county, these losers appear to be the only option.
Obviously too hard for Advanced Disposal. They have made it a habit to not pick up trash. They've gotten significantly worse since being acquired by Waste Management. I strongly encourage local residents to not use either company for their trash service.
We just moved here and this is by far the worst garbage company I’ve had. We look like trash because our trash NEVER gets picked up!! Every week it’s repeated phone calls with no results. Yet 4-5 trucks go down the road and the neighbors trash gets picked up.

Obviously pretty hard. I’m on 2 weeks now. Was told last week my trash pickup was changed to Friday. Friday came and went and no pickup. Called today and was told my pick up is Thursday or Friday. Which is it. Not that it matters. My trash has been at the curb for 2 weeks and not picked up. Said they would schedule a “missed” pick up for today. You guessed it. Still there. Will call again tomorrow. Worst service I have ever seen.
They have failed to pick up on Tuesdays on my street two weeks in a row. Just talked to Customer Service and they said our garbage will be picked no later than tomorrow. If they fail to follow through, I will be switching.
My trash was picked up 1time in July and that was July 9th. They didn’t come the first week of July and our pick up day is Thursdays. The trash hasn’t been picked up since the 9th. I called u get the same story it might be because of the holiday. Then when it wasn’t picked up last Thursday as a matter of fact no one got their trash picked up in my neighborhood and adjoining neighborhood on 7/18. I called again and the excuse was thursdays schedule got messed up. The put in a ticket and trash would be picked up. Soooo they come Saturday morning around 8am and they passed my house and picked up everyone’s trash but mine. So here’s a call on Monday, I tell them what happened and that I want to cancel my service and was told that they would pick it up today, 7/26. That didn’t happen because I cancelled my service Monday and I told them the trash hasn’t been picked up in 2 weeks so it should of been picked up because it’s from the last 2weeks. I have a trash can sitting on a curb since july
