Nice neighborhood friendly can to enjoy the summer. Small. Has a walking path if u want get step count in and YMCA is right across.

A fun safe place for the kids to play on the playground or splash pad. There is also a track to run on and picnic tables for snacking.

Plenty of parking... decent shaded seating for adults. Walking path is an easy way to get a modest bit of exercise.

Yes they are, just have them on a leash.
I would say yes. They have not had them on since Novemberish during the winter time. I'm sure when the temperatures warm up they'll have them on again.
I would reserve if your trying to have it on a weekend
I have heard that it was first come first serve. So it makes it hard to have parties.
