Why doesn't the published phone number work? I can't fathom this business does not have working call center.

It does not. I find it very frustrating to not be able to call the store directly but it is not possible.

I've never called... Most of the time I order online and just go pick up.

I've never called either but I've gone online and i think the phone like the internet site for that store is centralized.

I wish I had an answer for you. I've never tried to call....but have been there at this location. It's normally always busy.
