They do at times. Vizard is correct. They also sale them at the 99 at times. Best place for fresh nopales is at the Orland city fairgrounds only on Saturdays. You will find a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables including nopales there.
No but the 99 cent store does and always restock in the mornings
