You have to buy s trsiler first they dont rent the mobile homes so you gave to first find out if you qualify to live tgere u gave to fill out an application than uou look for mobike homes that say for sale nobe of the mobile homes are rentals, than if you get accepted in the park ,you psy rent space on trailer you pay g as and lights you also pay sewer water and tra a h seperate and most places up being in 7to 8or 900 hubdred, bracket but they ask for at least two to three the amount they say you have to make to qualify for example if your rent space on the mobile home is 725.00 thsn you have to make three times thst amount to getting n the park.sometines more .we were trying to get one our selfs eho make s three times the amount of any rent
