Charged a cancellation fee the week of the hurricane for a no show. Pretty rediculous since none nm of us can predict it. Will never waste my money here.

This patient was a No-Show for a New-Patient office visit: She was never a patient and never paid a fee. For those reading this, please understand that we have a long list of patients waiting to be cared for and when patients do not show for appointments, it hurts everyone. Of course we understand that life happens and we do make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. However, a simple phone call is appreciated so that we can fill the spot with someone else who needs our help.
