E-Tickets are a wonderful convenience, but are not required for access to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. You may pick up physical tickets from the Pre-Paid (will-call) box office window.
You should have the barcode on the eticket for scan, you can download on your cell pre-arrival.
E ticket is okay but cell phones may not work
