Your crown ticket is only valid for the specific date and time printed. So, you should be at the security screening facility at the base of the Statue on Liberty Island at 10 a.m.

To get to atleast base of Lady Liberty if not towards her torch. So u will need to actually be on the Island by possibly 9-9:30
