Public though local Westchester people get first dibs on teetimes. I've never been lucky or quick enough to get an early morning teetime. Excellent course, worth a play. *UPDATE As mentioned below it looks like I was wrong, however every time I have tried to get a teetime I've been asked for a Westchester County card, hence Westchester residents having priority. Still if you can get on, go play it, it's a fine course.
Weschester residents don’t get dibs on tee times. It is whoever calls in first. Weekend mornings there is EZ Reservr which people pay extra to have the same tee times for 26-30 weeks. Residents or not. From open to around 9 am those times are always pre-paid. Westchester residents can purchase a park pass for $75 which saves you $10 every time you play. Every 25 rounds you get a free round. For 60 year olds the pass is good for 6 years. Everyone under 60 its good for 3 years. $75 for a family pass for a family with at least one kid from 12-17 years old.
