Town of Smithtown residents can park inside. Others park outside and walk in, but I know last year, they were even checking people at the booth who walked in. I guess it depends on how crowded it is.
Residence & Yes visitors as i know you can park if you have permit , or park on street and walk in you shouldn't have a problem unless its a Holiday 😉
It is open to everybody everyday if you walk in and park on a nearby street. Usually during the week it's not such a problem to even park inside. But certainly during the Spring to fall season on Friday through Sunday parking inside is for Smithtown residents only. But you can park nearby and walk in
Hoyt Farm is town of Smithtown.
Apparently it is Smithtown resident only from Memorial day to Labor Day. It is open for everyone outside this period.
