The harness is well fitted and glides easily on the tracks. You can hold onto the harness rope for added balancing support. Otherwise, it's fun balcony challenge without strain. Enjoy.
The course is more mentally challenging than physically challenging. Have fun.
If you can walk, you can do this. There aren't any strenuous parts where you have to carry your own weight. You simply walk across across different obstacles.
If it gets too difficult, they could always take a shortcut & skip to the end. The course is designed to start off on the bottom & work upwards. It starts off easier & gets more difficult going along. But, there's always a quick path to the end.... Good Luck!
