Absolute worst! We ordered (and paid in full) my husband and my wedding rings in March. We were told we couldn’t use our Kay’s card due to an issue with the system, so we paid cash and debit for both. We’re called to pick up rings a few months later, drove an hour and we’re then told husbands ring wasn’t there/ready. Took my ring home and we’re told we’d get a call soon. No call, no contact, our wedding is now a few weeks away and we call again and they say the ring was never ordered. They advise they’ll get it from another store and call us back. No one calls, we’ve called the store repeatedly and notified corporate. Either the manager isn’t in the store or no one answers the phone and it disconnects with no answering service. We still don’t have a ring for him and at this point now will just have to seek a refund from horrible service and lack of trust. Cancelling our card and taking our business elsewhere. Don’t take any important business here.. they don’t care about your experience or the effect these delays may have one a very special occasion.
