Is there an office that provides fishing permits/licenses? I'd like to take my boys fishing for their first time.

There isn't that I know of, but if you go to Walmart sporting goods section, you can get a fishing license, if you have your veterans card you get a discount. And they stock that lake with fish. Good experience for a fishing trip.

I don't think in the park you can find one.

Not at the park. I would look up info in google itself on how to go about that. Even though I see people fishing there i cant inagine big livestock in that lake/pond.

I am not sure. I don't think there is there but if not I am sure you can get fishing licenses nearby, they may even know where you can get that if they don't sell them.
