Does this park have flat paved roads for bike riding?

There is a street bike lane that runs along the park. Rugged trails are inside.

The northeastern corner is all dirt trails for mountain biking, however, to the south and east are paved paths. The main paved path follows along the Vanderbilt Motor Parkway which starts near Francis Lewis Blvd and the LIE.
