Hi Lee Ann, We only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry. Our drivers are not allowed help due to liability reasons. Thanks for considering us though! We also prefer to pick up from the ground level outside your home, visible from the street, as the drivers are not allowed to enter private residences. Thanks again!
