DO NOT DONATE HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. We called and asked if they accepted a headboard and additional bed frame pieces. They said yes, leave it outside and marked. We left it outside and clearly marked, covered with a tarp with bungie cords to hold it down because it would be raining. Not only did they not take it, they took the tarp and bungie cords OFF, then proceeded to leave it on the ground in the rain. The driver also took a picture of it like that, and lied and said that was how they found it. So now it not only wasn’t taken, it is ruined. My father fought for this country in Vietnam and later died from complications he sustained from his time in the service. I can’t believe the level of disrespect they showed us and our veterans. Donate somewhere else where people will actually appreciate it.

I would not recommend donating furniture to them. We called about something being picked up and we covered it with a tarp because it was raining the day they were picking up. the driver uncovered the furniture, didn't take it, then left it on the ground uncovered in the rain and tried to say that's how they found it. Then when we tried to call the people on the other end were no help. So unless you want to end up with ruined furniture and none taking accountability I would donate somewhere else.

Please be aware that we are not able to accept National Geographic, Reader's Digest, or Encyclopedias. Hi Lee Ann, We only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry. Our drivers are not allowed help due to liability reasons. Thanks for considering us though! We also prefer to pick up from the ground level outside your home, visible from the street, as the drivers are not allowed to enter private residences. Thanks again!
