What is the return policy. we bought 2 rear splints but they are to small.We got the medium size but we need the bigger size. She's a german shepard according to our vet she needs the larger size. If you could help us that would be appreciated.

I haven't had to do a return but if you go to there site they may have instructions or a number to call. They are a very reputable company. Best of luck. Hope your pet gets well soon.

You need to call their customer service office. The return policy is explained on their website, but I would call them.
