Every insurance will vary. It is best to have the provider call the insurance using specific codes after your testing is completed. Testing is provided complimentary to see 'if' we are able to provide help. Not every hearing loss can be helped with hearing devices. We would know best what questions to ask the insurance to get the correct information and keep you the most informed. Upon completion of the exam, we will be able to answer all your questions.
