As Judith correctly answered, you can buy a manufactured home, but you can only rent lots year to year. You cannot even do longer leases like 3 or 5 years. (You used to be able to do 3 year contracts, but that has been discontinued.) All RV lots are also rental only, with one year maximum. (Sept. 1st to Aug. 31st.)
No lots for sale...this is Not a. "Deed Restricted" park..you rent ground...you can buy a park model but Not the ground. Try The Bluffs in Zolfo north of here.
Yes there is a site for sale by owner and the park had a sales person for sale by the park.
There is only lot for rent.
