I haven't seen that species there in a long time. They would question being "in need of" a particular bird. And they would generally not let someone walk onto the store and, "pick one up" the same day. They let prospective parrot owners visit with babies as they are weaned and they will counsel on husbandry, care, and veterinary issues.

They are a class A operation. If anyone can do it, they can. Although I really don't, deep down inside, agree with the proliferation of bird sales (most people buy as a novelty and then neglect them) if you're a genuine bird person that will care for that animal forever as it deserves to be, then they are the place to go...
