I am in need of a female soloman island eclectus not for breeding just want a bird and I was wondering if I showed up at their location would I be able to pick one up and also I'm wondering how much they are

I haven't seen that species there in a long time. They would question being "in need of" a particular bird. And they would generally not let someone walk onto the store and, "pick one up" the same day. They let prospective parrot owners visit with babies as they are weaned and they will counsel on husbandry, care, and veterinary issues.
