Horrible customer service! I called to check that Hawaiian Leis are in stock before driving there & he told "I cant see from where I am and I've been off the past few days so you should just drive here to see for yourself". No, I will buy elsewhere!

I have never received bad service in person or on the phone. My guess is this person is quitting or having a bad day. Maybe he was reprimanded before the call.

I shop this particular Dollar Tree often and have always been treated with respect and employees always willing to help. I have found everyone there friendly. I can't help but feel the individual you spoke with was either having a bad day or doesn't want their job. You might consider speaking with management if the store is convenient for you.

Probably a kid there phones are more important than customer service
