This is not an appropriate way to follow up on a job application. You need to contact the store directly. You're currently asking in a public forum.
Both of you are incorrect as they do not have telephones. You cannot call what doesnt exist. Perhaps its the wrong store and your confused however, when applying for any job your best option is to return within 4 days if you havent been contacted and ask to speak to the HIRING manager and ask the manager if he would please pull and review the application you submitted. He will or he will do it later and if they contact you, you have the job. If they dont call within 2 days after move on. Keep your head up and keep repeating steps 1 and 2. You will be employed in no time.
