This is edited after I posted the star, but I wanted to say... This sonic is very very slow, and at times the employees are rude. I've come to this sonic a few times, and it's always the same. They always majorly mess up the order and give you attitude sometimes when they have to fix it. It's a very unwelcoming environment, wouldn't recommend.

They dont love us...

This is the worst sonics in jax we sat at our stall for ovsr 15 mins no one ever answered to take oir order customer service really sucks and need to be addressed badly with the mangers and employees

It took 30 minutes to get our #1 combo and #2 combo Sunday October 25 2:30pm

I’m sick right now 🤢 I just ordered a #19 breakfast sandwich, there was a black curly hair in my sandwich, and in my husband’s burrito!!!! Do not go here they are careless and disgusting!!! Only one person was wearing a hair net!!!

Oh Wow and that's terrible. I hope You feel better soon. I don't usually go to Sonic but my Daughter took me there and I had no problems and neither did she. Thanks for the update
