Ridiculous that I'm yrying to call the store to ask abt a return and can't even do that. Only option is to email them n give them all sort of personal info just to send the damn thing.

It is aldi's corporate policy not to have phones in store as it would require someone in the office to answer them. It may be an inconvenience however, it helps them keep costs down. If you have a return, bring the item and receipt to the store and the manager will assist you.

That is why they have good prices
