Yes they do I got my car from Beach Automotive and they charge me a dealer's fee and sold me a bad car as well. When I went back to talk with the guy that sold me the car they told me he had passed away. So no luck on talking with someone about my car had to fix everything my self over a Grand to fix
Alot of them don't but because Beach blvd auto is one of the worst places to buy a car im sure they do..its what they charge to do the documents and other paperwork.
With today's very low mark up in cars dealer fire's keep th lights on. Also you have many employees behind the scenes that do your title work and so on that have to get paid as well.
