On Friday 12/28/18, my son in law had reservations for party of 12 at 6:30pm. He MADE the reservation on 12/27/18 then received a PHONE call from someone at the restaurant to CONFIRM his reservation ( party of 12 BOTTOM floor) my daughter was turning 26. It was her desire to enjoy a combined family dinner with her in laws and immediate family. My dad is 81 years old- he has severe COPD which requires 24 hour oxygen therapy. The in laws came in tough with a three year old AND two month newborn baby. We ALL arrived by 6:20 pm for reservation at 6:30pm.. yes we took a number ( 65 ) - never called by 7:30pm!!! After FINALLY being told this was going to be another 30 minute wait- my sister and I walked down to TONY’s pizzeria which was open and eager to accommodate our party. My daughter enjoyed a FABULOUS dinner with both families. The food was great and service was awesome... too bad ARTHUR’s missed out... we were VERY disappointed in them.

Only for large groups. They take your name upon entering, they won't seat you until your entire party is present.
