This Chipotle continues to push me further and further towards other options. The last 3/4 mobile orders I’ve picked up have been messed up, from missing guac and queso ($$$) to giving me 1/2 a burrito bowl. Furthermore, the mobile order are constantly skimped. I usually pickup lunch while at work so I don’t necessarily have time to order in the store. This location has given me no choice but to spend my money elsewhere.

SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. It takes them forever to complete orders, expect a long wait, even if there are only a few people ahead of you. Half the times I go there the Fajita Veggies are missing, which is a huge part of the vegetarian bowl. They also put less quantity. The only thing positive about this location is the cleanliness.

This location has really gone downhill lately. Mobile orders not fulfilled even close to promised times (45 min + late). Tables are filthy. Seems like they need more staff. I just wish the mobile app better reflected pickup times. Don't say the order will be ready at 715 when it will actually be ready at 8. I'm not sure if other locations are this bad. If so, Chipotle has a rough road ahead.

Worse service ever! Just went there and was told I had to wait for rice to finish cooking, God knows how long that would've been. The guy at the counter was literally scraping the rice container to give the customer ahead of me what the had left. Never have vinegrette or just don't want to give you any. Mobile orders never ready, always have to wait 10-15 minutes after arriving or sometimes they cancel it on you. What a shame, you're better off going to Chick-Fil-A or Uncle Giuseppe's for some awesome pizza!
