You do not need to make an appt. However, I would recommend you so to lessen your wait time if you decide to stay while your vehicle is getting worked on. Or just drop it off and they will call you when it's done. They are usually pretty good with time if u just drop it off.
Depending on the work load yes. Normally you can get minor service without an appointment but you'll need to wait to get worked in . An appointment is highly recommended. You'll have less wait time.
