What's the difference between the crab deck location and the regular Baltimore location? The website lists separately with two separate menus. It's confusing.

Both are at the same location, one is the restaurant (inside) an the other is the deck (outside). But, the menu is not the same... so you have options.

The crab deck has a more limited menu. The deck is more like buckets of shrimp, lobster crab and any combination thereof with booked potatoes and corn on the cob (sort of like Joe's Crab Shack) restaurant inside has many otge dishes including variety of fish and also steaks

One menu is inside, one menu is outside. Its the same location. You have fancier food inside and messier dishes on the deck.

I believe less items are available at the crab deck location due to the food preparation being done outside.
