Me and my fiancé ordered here a few days ago, I got the grilled chicken with cabbage and mashed potatoes and he got turkey wings with greens and sweet potatoes. Every thing was really good, nice portions, good flavors. Will definitely order again

Food wasn’t good at all. Crab cake wasn’t fresh and rice was to oily. Not worth the hype. Update: food still trash.

Carter's kitchen does not open till 12:00 noon they do not serve breakfast in the morning but lunch and dinner are there specialty but if you want faster service I suggest that you use GrubHub or Uber eats they will deliver it to your home if you want breakfast you can go to sugar mamas which is an African American owned restaurant located 4114 Frederick avenue Baltimore Maryland they also GrubHub and Uber eats delivery very good food at both locations Carter's and sugar mamas you won't be disappointed
