How come they don’t pick up phone???

You have to be patient because I called yesterday and the female employee was very busy and she was working alone but as soon as she answered the phone she helped me with my problem and when I made it to the store there was a long line but I got to do what needed to do.

I shop there often and I have NEVER seen that store busy, because everything in there is overpriced. No need for the phone not to be picked up
