You can get great herring there at all times. However if you want to be informed of the herring festival I suggest you get on their website.

Just go in and buy a little bit of each of the herrings they have available. That'll be a personal herring festival for you!

I believe you're referring the the "Holland Herring", which run only for a short time in May, June and July I believe. Check with the owners. It's delicious, and sadly, we couldn't get it in NY last summer due to COVID.
