No. This is not the kind of place where you would go and spend more than the right amount of time required to eat your bagel. It is packed all the time, if you manage to find a table, you will feel guilty not to move on after you are done eating.
They do not have WiFi. Even if you pick up the New York free wifi, this is not a location where you can go and plan to do work/use Internet because it is difficult to get a table.
