No you don't have to make reservations, but I would because it is a small place.

I've only gone on the weekends, and usually there is a 30 minute wait. they will take your cell phone number and text you when your table is ready and there are a few places nearby you can go have a drink. You will have ten minutes from the time of the text to get back and grab your table. :-) Let me just say it is totally worth the wait!

Yes, however they do not book reservations for parties under 4 ;(
