Why isn't your service desk open earlier I just wasted time an walked in the God damn cold for nothing cause no one can sell me a pick of ciggarettes that's redicolous

They can still sell you cigarettes without the service desk being opened. They just chose to not sell them to you that day.

The people who manage stop and shop are just plain stupid.

They close early in a lot of stores

I have never been there & the service desk was closed. I have been there early as well & had no problem. I huess
