My friend and I are coming to Nyack tomorrow, and we're looking for a casual restaurant that does not use latex gloves to prepare food. She is allergic to latex, so we are always looking for places that are latex-free. Is this such a place?

Yes...I knew I could call them, but I was trying to avoid it, which is why I posted the question here. From my experience calling many restaurants, they are often very busy or do not understand what I am asking. It becomes a production and an inconvenience for them to call the manager or go back to the kitchen to look at the gloves. But since no one had answers here, I did call and they were very nice. They do not use latex gloves for anyone else who might have that question.
