The staff is courteous and friendly. But with only two people working there, on my visits, the wait times are predictably long. In the past two weeks, I visited twice and waited 10 mins and 20 mins, respectively, for an iced coffee.

Just went in to purchase coffee stood there for 5/7 minutes with no one acknowledging me (I was the only one in line ). So I just left without even ordering coffee. There were five employees there with their heads down doing stuff which I get. I would of waited if I had gotten a “I’ll be right with you” but no one said anything . I usually go to the local coffee shops and won’t be returning after this. Lesson learned

Seriously? Last time I checked it was for assistance dogs. But check with the manager then start talking smack about letting dogs in the place.
Yes Starbucks policy will not question if its a service animal. On the other hand dont bring these small little rat dogs into businesses where they serve food and drinks. Its disgusting and I wouldn't hesitate to call you out. Small dogs aren't service animals. Tie tge mutt outside and order your drink.
I noticed other Starbucks had wrong time on Google too. Others different time from the official website. Not very cool if driving just for an open one.
