Can the salvation army help people in need for furniture that do not have the money to buy furniture just getting and apartment

I don't believe that they can assist you at the outlet stores. You would have to go to your local Salvation Army chapter, the one on Pear Street, near Springfield Police Department Headquarters, they can assist you there, regarding furniture vouchers. I know Catholic Charities maybe able to ad well. But if Salvation Army Thrift Store on Boston Road, can't assist you directly.
