Can I walk into the Post Office in Waterbury Connecticut in talk to someone that works for the Iris when I try to call them it's a dead end as far as choosing the topics and I need to talk to someone in person

No you cannot the post office is not connected to the irs you have to go to the entrance on the side street and go upstairs
