It’s Fake news. You can’t actually get an appointment. When you call the phone number to schedule it just says no one is available to help you and hangs up

What can I do if I didn't file taxes yet, do to illness. I don't owe any money, in fact my income doesn't even come to $5000 for last year. However, I'm sure I have some funds being returned to me. What should I do? Thank you.

I am told if one doesn't make $15,000 & under, you need not file, unless there are other items one is claiming I e. home, auto, land races, % earned, ect!
