Why was the chicken recipe changed that goes on salads. It terrible, and I cant eat them any more

I asked a local manager and was told they did change the recipe / spices as well as the method of cooking. So that's that. Unfortunate.

Sometimes the chicken is grilled and sometimes it isn't mostly grilled call corporate
